We left today for Pokhara, which is the second-biggest city in Nepal. We made a break in Chauradi along the way to go rafting on the Trishuli River for about three hours. We continued our drive to Pokhara after lunch. After reaching the hotel and making your check-in, you can take leisurely boat rides on the picturesque Fewa Lake, where you can view the Annapurna Range and Mount Machhapuchhre reflected in the pristine water.
We travel to Birethanti after breakfast and begin our hike to Ulleri. You go by swimming holes, waterfalls, and lovely bamboo forests. The trail climbs a steep stone staircase of 3300 steps to the Magar town of Ulleri at 2080 meters after passing across a stream on a suspension bridge.

The magnificent view of Dhaulagiri I (8167m), Tukuche Nilgiri (6940m), Annapurna I (8091m), Hiunchuli (6441m), and Tarke Kang (7193m) can be seen as we ascend from Nangethanti to Ghorepani, which is at 2850m. The trail may be snow-covered in the winter.
We will trek to Poon Hill early today to witness the stunning dawn and a wide-angle vista of the Himalayas, which includes Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Fishtail, and other mountains. After having breakfast and making our way back to Ghorepani, we walk until we reach Tadapani.
Today, around midday, we descend sharply through the trees to arrive at Ghandruk settlement. Before heading to Pokhara by car, we have the afternoon to visit the Annapurna conservation office and museum.
We are setting out for Chitwan today. After arriving in Chitwan National Park, we go to a briefing on our jungle tour. Next, we visit a settlement of ethnic Tharu people in the vicinity. The National Park Visitor’s Center is our next stop. Next up is the view of the setting sun from the Rapti River bank.
A multimedia presentation covering nearly everything in Chitwan or a cultural dance performed by the Tharu community will be shown to you.
You will enjoy all that the jungle and its wildlife have to offer today. Along the Rapti River, you canoe, wander through a jungle, and enjoy an elephant bath on your way back. You go through the national park on a Jeep Drive Safari at midday.
After exploring the jungle, you will return to Kathmandu today.
You will be picked up at the airport by a Nepal Hiking Team representative around three hours prior to the scheduled departure.
