Trip Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival at Kathmandu

Our agent from Mission Nepal airport will greet you outside the arrival gate as soon as you arrive. After that, a secure transfer to the hotel of your choice will take place. Staying the night at the hotel

Day 2 : Sightseeing in and around Kathmandu

We immediately headed out for sightseeing trips to world heritage sites after eating breakfast early in the morning. We visit Swayambhunath, the Boudhanath Stupa, and the Hindu shrine of Pashupatinath. We then go to the Krishna temple, the Kumbheswore temple, the Golden temple, Patan Durbar Square, and many other places. We explore Kathmandu Durbar Square before returning to our hotel to cap out the day.

Day 3 : Kathmandu to Singati. 5-6 hours trek

We depart from Kathmandu for singati today. We go through picturesque alpine green hills with a backdrop of the White Mountains. Following the route, we go across the dusty, uneven roads past the village of Dolkha until we arrive at Singati. Perfectly located on the Tama Kosi River’s banks. Here, we set up camp for the evening.

Day 4 : Trek from Singati to Jagat 5-6 hrs trekking

We follow the path that hugs the deep valley gorge of Bhote Kosi from Singati. We pass a few hamlets and villages as we cross the busy river on charming suspension bridges. The thick woodland is an excellent viewpoint that offers breathtaking views of Mount Gaurishankar. The Hindus have a strong hold on this area. On the other hand, chortens and waving prayer flags are foreboding symbols of Buddhism that live here in peace.

Day 5 : Trek from Jagat - Simigaon 5-6 hrs

A strenuous 2.5-hour hike eastward leads us past the impressively terraced hillsides spanning the valley. We arrive at Simi Gaon village after crossing over. The ethnic Tamang people and the Sherpa highlanders live in this lovely village. The Tibetan monastery, situated atop the hill and overlooking the striking Gaurishankar, clearly marks the location. Here, we spend the night asleep.

Day 6 : Trek from Simigaon to Donga.5-6 hrs

Today is a remarkable morning as we drive into the Rolwaling valley. The stunning bamboo and rhododendron forest greets us first. The path then climbs steadily in the direction of Gyalche. Next, we camp here at Donga for the next day and make an ideal descent down to the river.

Day 7 : Trek from Donga to Beding 5-6hrs

We arrive at Beding after a leisurely climb through a valley covered with tropical alpine vegetation with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Rolwaling’s tallest peak is clearly visible from her breathtaking views of Melungtse I. A strange little village among the Sherpa villages is called Beding. We have the opportunity to see the location of the historic Buddhist monastery. For one night, we will set up camp at the river’s edge.

Day 8 : Beding Rest and acclimatization day: Malung Kharka hike, 5-6 hrs.

Today is an acclimatization day, so take it easy and go for a leisurely hike. For the views, we trekked up to the Malung La pass. We have breathtaking views of the natural forest, glaciers, and snow-capped peaks from the summit. Aside from that, the Beding Valley appears incredibly beautiful and tranquil below.

Day 9 : Trek from Beding to Na: 5-6 hrs

We get ready to depart Beding and move on to Na, which is our next stop. From here, it’s a short stroll past the final little mountain hamlet, inhabited only in the summer. In a stunning valley, the settlement of Na is located directly beneath the Tsho Rolpa Glacier Lake. This amazing location is complemented by the striking peaks of Yalung Ri, Chugimago, and Chobutse. An excellent location for camping and an overnight stay.

Day 10 : Acclimatization day hike to Yalung La hik 4-5 hrs

We have two options: resting or hiking up to the Yalung La pass. Outstanding views of the Tsho-Rolpa glacier lake may be seen from this location. Aside from that, the vistas of the Himalayan peaks, Yalung Ri, Ramdung Peak, and Yalung Glacier are breathtaking.

Day 11 : Trek from Na to Nyiduk Kongma. 5-6hrs walk

We ascend the dam steeply in the direction of Tsho-Rolpa Lake and continue southward. By following the old path, we traverse the moraines and descend to Nyiduk Kongma. It is situated between the Trakarding glacier and Tso Rolpa.

Day 12 : Trek from Nyiduk Kongma to Drolumbau Glacier 5 -6 hrs

We follow the Trakarding glacier’s path, passing through rocky pathways that eventually give way to bluish ice. As we attempt to reach the Dolumbau glacier, the terrain is treacherous. We have to lay a rope in order to get to our campground spot, therefore the way ahead becomes somewhat difficult. Despite being dangerous, this panoramic location offers breathtaking vistas. It is amazing and unforgettable to witness the numerous streams that flow from the glacier, the tumbling boulders, and the collapsing ice.

Day 13 : Trek to Drolumbau Glacier/Teshi Laptsa pass & camp.6 -7 hrs

We try to cross a very steep and difficult foothold onto the Drolumbau glacier. Bigphero-Go Shar and Dragkar-Go make it overpowering as we create a cross-section of Tengi Ragi Tau. 6793 meters.Then, we gradually make our way to the summit across moraines and mild inclines while navigating the glacier regions.

Day 14 : Trek to Thame 5-6 hrs

We’re going to take a leisurely, easy walk today. We follow the path that goes through the small Sherpa village of Thame. Tibetan traders and their yak caravans encounter a conflux in the Thame region. It is a crucial commerce route that splits Namche Bazaar and Nangpa La, the Tibetan borders.

Day 15 : Trek from Thame to Khumjung. 3-4 hrs

Trekking to Khumjung from Thame is a pleasant stroll that leads to the base of the revered Mount Kumbila. The first Edmund Hilary school project was located in Khumjung. It’s a great site with old monasteries and typical Sherpa communities.

Day 16 : Trek from Khumjung to Monjo.3-4 hrs.

We head for Monjo, leaving behind Khumjun today. We arrive at Monjo after a protracted descent via Namche Bazaar while taking in the sights of Mount Everest.

Day 17 : Trek from Monjo to Lukla. 4 - 5 hrs

We proceed in the direction of the Dudh Kosi River by following the trail. After going through various Sherpa villages, Lukla is eventually reached.

Day 18 : Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu. 35min flight

We say our final goodbyes to the mountains and get to the airport in time for our subsequent trip to Kathmandu. As soon as you arrive at our hotel, you will unwind and get ready for tomorrow.

Day 19 : Final departure

This is the last day of your walk through the Rolwaling Valley. The airport agent will securely make the transfer to the international airport. With fond memories of this amazing hiking adventure, you will depart for your home country.
