Overview

The bowl-shaped Kathmandu Valley is situated in Nepal’s Himalayan Mountains. At the meeting point of the ancient civilizations of the Indian subcontinent and the larger Asian continent, it is home to at least 130 significant structures, including a number of Buddhist and Hindu pilgrimage sites.

At 2,100 meters above sea level in Lamjung District, Ghalegaun is a well-liked picturesque tourist site. Asia’s model tourism village is another name for Ghalegaun. It is located in the Nepali rural municipality of Kwholasothar.

In Lamjung District, in the Gandaki Zone of northern-central Nepal, there is a village development committee called Bhujung. There were 1621 individuals living in 339 distinct homes in Nepal at the time of the 1991 census.

Trip Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive Kathmandu

Our officer will meet you at the airport when you arrive. Enter the hotel and check in. Information about the tour and conversation regarding the itinerary. Spend the evening in Kathmandu.

Day 2 : Kathmandu Sightseeing

After breakfast, continue your sightseeing for the entire day, seeing Patan Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa, and Pashupatinath Temple as well as Boudhanath Stupa. Refreshments will be provided. Back at the hotel, spend the night in Kathmandu.

Temple of Pashupatinath

Located in the eastern portion of the Kathmandu Valley, the capital of Nepal, the Pashupatinath Temple is a well-known and revered Hindu temple complex. It is situated on the banks of the Bagmati River, some five kilometers northeast of Kathmandu.

The Boudhanath Stupa

Nepal’s Boudhanath stupa is located in Kathmandu. Situated approximately 11 miles from Kathmandu’s center and northeastern suburbs, the stupa boasts one of the largest circular mandalas in Nepal.

Swayambunath

West of Kathmandu City, on a hill in the Kathmandu Valley, sits the ancient sacred site known as Swayambunath. ‘Sublime Trees’ is how the place is known in Tibetan, referring to the wide variety of trees that can be seen on the hill.

Patan Durbar Square

The heart of the Nepali city of Lalitpur is Patan Durbar Square. The Kathmandu Valley is home to three Durbar Squares, all of which are recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. This is one of them. The old royal palace where the Malla Kings of Lalitpur lived is one of its highlights.

Day 3 : Drive Kathmandu – Ghale Gaun

A beautiful journey via Besisahar to Ghale Gaun in the morning. You may take in the towns and views of the Manaslu and Annapurna mountain ranges while traveling to Ghale Gaun. Enjoy the live cultural event and get a taste of the Gurung way of life at their homestays. Spend the night in Ghale Gaun.

Day 4 : Short Hike to Bhujung Village and Back

Enjoy a breathtaking view of the dawn and mountains such the Manaslu range, Annapurna, and Lamjung Himal by taking a 5-minute stroll to the nearby tower in the early morning. After that, return home to a brunch that has been cooked. You will then start your rural sightseeing trip. After taking a lunch break, start the two-hour climb to Bhujung, another Gurung village that is well-known for its wild bee hunts. The tea garden and the old Uttarkanya Temple are visible along the route. Return to Ghale Gaun by hiking for two hours after that. After arriving, take some time to explore the region before ending the evening with dinner at Ghale Gaun.

Day 5 : Drive Ghale Gaun - Kathmandu

After breakfast, return to Kathmandu by car. When you get to Kathmandu, register at the hotel. You have the remainder of the day to spend as you like (shopping, touring Thamel’s tourist attractions, etc.). Ultimately, spend the night back at the hotel.

Day 6 : Final Departure

Free up until the point at which you are taken to an international airport to continue your journey.
